Film Projects 

Shot on location on the White Mountain Apache Indian Reservation and other locations in Arizona, this timeless short documentary focuses on the music and dance traditions of the Western Apache. It features the "Sunrise Ceremony" which is the three day coming of age ceremony held for young Apache women. The film was designed to give the Apache participants a platform through which to express their own culture and creativity. It was produced by Rick Ench and Jay Cravath, directed, filmed & edited by Rick Ench, with the voice-over narrative written by Jay Cravath. It has been screened at First Nation gatherings and other venues throughout the Americas. 

The Zero is a metaphysical comedy about football, positive thinking, shopping malls, higher consciousness, insanity and the American Way. This low budget mini-feature  debuted at the NYU film festival in 1990 to critical acclaim and also won an award for best supporting actor.
